My 2001 Nissan Frontier finally gave out on me after 178,000 reliable miles. I had searched for roughly 1 to 2 months for a new or used truck. While passing through Prince Fredrick, I stopped to check out Bayside's lot. I wasn't looking for a Chevy/Toyota/KIA or SCION. I wanted another Nissan. To my surprise Bayside had a well maintained pre-owned(1 owner/carfax)2010 Nissan Titan. Immediately I felt this is the one. Lauren Thompson greeted me with a smile and a handshake, instantly making me feel my business was welcome. Lauren showed me the truck and answered all my questions. Four days later I bought the truck. Two weeks in, I had a small issue. I contacted Paul in the service area and explained my situation. He assured me Bayside could handle it, no problem. The service team had me out in less than an hour at no cost. Thanks to Lauren Thompson and the service team my experience w/ Bayside was great. More
We had our first service appt at this dealer last week. They scheduled us within two days of our phone call, got us in early on the day of the appt (we were waiting for the vehicle) and treated us with cou They scheduled us within two days of our phone call, got us in early on the day of the appt (we were waiting for the vehicle) and treated us with courtesy and professionalism. Since the type of oil filter was new to my husband, he requested to watch the work being performed. He was allowed not only to watch but also to learn about the system as the technician explained what he was doing the whole time he was doing it. Although this dealership is a drive for us, because of the way we have been treated there, we will continue to make that drive for all service work; they are outstanding! More
I totaled my truck a few weeks back and was in search of something front wheel drive to get to and from work etc. My wife and I have gone to several dealerships throughout the Maryland area but found nothin something front wheel drive to get to and from work etc. My wife and I have gone to several dealerships throughout the Maryland area but found nothing that matched our criteria. The salesmen most of the time scared us away by not giving us space to decide amongst ourselves. All hope was nearly gone until we drove on to Bayside Toyota's lot. We were greeted by Robert and I thought oh no here we go again. Instead he allowed us to look the lot over and decide together which car we liked. We then approached him and he recommended some other cars we had not seen yet after asking his help. This is when I found my car. My wife and I test drove it with Robert in the back. It was a very funny, comfortable, relaxing test drive. We felt good about our Decision! I strongly recommend Robert Smith as well as Bayside Toyota!! Thank you ALL. Steve&Amanda Wathen More
What more could you ask for in a not so small town anymore, still having that homegrown hospitality kind of place than feeling like you're wanted for you to be there and the employees share their know anymore, still having that homegrown hospitality kind of place than feeling like you're wanted for you to be there and the employees share their knowledge with you and not just some other joe trying to make a dime off of you with not a single other care out there. I've been to a few other places in bigger city areas and been pestered not only while I was there but for 2 weeks every single day after... not bayside. They had an appropriate follow up call and kindly asked if I had more questions and said to come back when I could if I did. Not like others who pretend they know my schedule and tell me to come in at a certain time a certain day just because its convenient to them. Bayside has been great to my family for as long as I can remember. They keep you wanting to come back instead of begging. Thanks to everyone for their help I could not be more happy with my decision to purchase my 2012 4runner. More
What an awesome experience at Bayside. Phil did an excellent job showing us what we wanted to see without crowding us. All the salespeople saw we had a young child with us and really kept her entert excellent job showing us what we wanted to see without crowding us. Overall I had a really good experience here. I think my sales person was friendly and was eager to make his sale but not too pushy. I had friendly service all the way to the end of my purchase, I even found that the gentleman in finance was personable as well. Nobody was too pushy or tried to get me to add on extras that I didn't need or want. I had to come back the next day to turn in the title for my trade and I still found that even though they knew I wasn't there to make a purchase they were still very nice to me. I would certainly return to make a future purchase and I would recommend my friends and family to them. More

i cannot say enough good things about our experience with Bayside Toyota. Our salesman was brand new (first day on the job) and he was AWESOME. He had no problem admitting that he didn't know the answer to a Bayside Toyota. Our salesman was brand new (first day on the job) and he was AWESOME. He had no problem admitting that he didn't know the answer to a question and there was always someone who was willing to help him through the process at every turn. We had about a 20 minute wait for the finance process and he sat with us the whole time and talked about anything and everything. It made the time FLY by and once we got to the finance process we were out the door in a jiffy. in times like these it is so important to support the local businesses and I'm so glad that our drive from Waldorf proved to be so worth it. More

Best experience I've had in the 23 years since I purchased my first car. Friendly personable salesperson, and the head salesperson (the one who all the floor salespeople have to go to and get the "p purchased my first car. Friendly personable salesperson, and the head salesperson (the one who all the floor salespeople have to go to and get the "price") wasn't a slick salesman like the ones I usually have to deal with when buying a car. One pet peeve of mine, though, is that I don't like it when a dealership sticks their decal on the back of the car. Normally, I specifically request that the dealership to not do this, but I forgot this time and had to remove it myself at home. I just think they should ask first, instead of assuming that everyone does not mind. More
