I inquired about a particular one year old 4Runner through the Internet and received an email response followed by a phone call from Joe Lyon. Joe set up a test drive of the vehicle I had inquired about and also a new Highlander so that I could compare the two different models. There was no hesitancy in subsequently bringing out a new 4Runner for comparison purposes which turned out to be the vehicle that I bought. The negotiation process was straightforward and a purchase price was agreed upon in a couple of minutes due at least in part to my internet based research relating to average prices for comparable vehicles. While the subsequent paperwork process was a bit slow due to volume that day, all Bayside personnel were friendly and helpful at all times and I have not hesitated to recommend Bayside and Joe Lyon to others.
