I wanted my next car to be a Toyota (currently own a 2004 Scion XB) and have enjoyed the professionalism shown by Kevin Freeburger in the service department. He represents the dealership so well that I wanted my next car to come from this dealership. I explained to the sales team that I was waiting for my car to be serviced and just wanted to walk around and look at cars while I was talking on the phone. They didn't bother me until I decided to come back inside and ask a question. Karen Gardiner, who originally approached me, was so helpful, answered all questions, and arranged a test drive. I had a great time with her on the test drive and fell in love with the Toyota Tacoma. She really knows and loves trucks which is what I was interested in. Then Ryan Pope got busy finding the exact model that I wanted and was very pleasant as well as professional. Next I met with Steve Seek who took excellent care of me both times that I met with him. He explained various options so patiently no matter how many times I asked, "well what about this, or what about that." They all seem to really enjoy what they are doing and work very well together, and they all made it such a pleasant experience for me. I decided to keep my Scion and buy the truck.
