She was quick and efficient which was nice (my husband hates last minute sales pitches). She did talk to us about the extended warranty which we had already decided to take. She also talked to us about the gap insurance which we declined. Everyone at Bayside was pleasant and friendly and at no time did I feel pressured. I got exactly what I was looking for.
