He is very friendly, knowledgeable about the vehicles, has a good sense of humor and does not pressure you to purchase. The finance department was very helpful also. Our only issue is that they need to speed up the finance process by adding an additional staff member. Overall we are very happy with their dealership and will absolutely purchase from them again. There were no tricks or hidden costs that popped up last minute when dealing with Steve, the finance manager. It was the least stressful car purchase I have ever made. The one frequent comment from staff was that they enjoyed working at Bayside because of the camaraderie among the staff and fairness to the customers. I would highly recommend Bayside to anyone. Pete was amazing to work with! He spent time with us and didn't make us feel rushed into buying anything. He wasn't pushy which is great because that has caused us to leave dealerships in the past. As for the price, my reasons for "good" have nothing to do with the dealership or the people. With any large purchase, I always wonder if I could have gotten it for a lower price but I am very pleased with the cost and think it was fair. Working with Janet was also a great experience. She was able to offer us a lower interest rate than our lender and kept our monthly payment below the set amount, even after adding warranties and additional options. We did not feel like we were being pushed into buying something we didn't want or need but she listened to our expectations and experiences and recommended what she thought would be good for us. After a long time searching for the vehicle I wanted I ended up at Bayside Toyota to look at a couple vehicles I saw on line. All and all it was a great experience and I thank Lauren for dealing with me mostly on via emails, with my busy schedule it was great that we were able to negotiate the sale in a positive way that made it easier on me. I am so happy with my purchase, the Venza is what I've wanted for years and even buying it used it was in great shape and clean.
