Ryan showed me the models I was interested in and took me to Blake when my model was decided. The sales process was quick and painless. Blake got everything together for Ryan to complete and the paperwork processed to Janet quickly. Janet explained my options, tallied up the paperwork and got me out the door. I always deal with Kevin Freeburger in the service dept. at Bayside because he is friendly, courteous, respectful and knows his stuff. He lets you know what's going on and does not try and "over-sale" you at Bayside because he is friendly, courteous, respectful and knows his stuff. My overall buying experience with Lauren and Steve were excellent! Many of my friends say that they hate shopping for cars but I have to say this is our third purchase with Bayside and we never feel stress excellent! I enjoyed my experience at Bayside Toyota. I initially went to the dealership to test drive the Toyota Highlander and Chevrolet Traverse to decide which SUV I wanted. Since Basyside has both Toyota and C went to the dealership to test drive the Toyota Highlander and Chevrolet Traverse to decide which SUV I wanted. Since Basyside has both Toyota and Chevrolet dealerships side by side I was able to test drive comparable vehicles. My sales person Eric was excellent in allowing me to test drive both vehicles, answer questions regarding the Pros & cons for each vehicle. Once I had determined I wanted to purchase the Toyota Highlander, the process to complete the sale was very quick and efficient. I rate this dealership very highly and would recommend them to anyone I know that would be interested in buying a Toyota product. More
