They were not pushy and when I did go to the dealership to take test drive, we were introduced to Jimmy Williams "JW" and he was very knowledgeable about the questions I had and made the process very smooth stress free. Bayside was excellent: Ana was awesome! We have had previous dealings with Bayside (maintenance on a Toyota bought elsewhere and then, last year, leasing a new vehicle) and definitely knew f We have had previous dealings with Bayside (maintenance on a Toyota bought elsewhere and then, last year, leasing a new vehicle) and definitely knew from our experience that Bayside was our first choice to go to for a new vehicle. We actually requested to see our previous salesperson, who was awesome, but that one was busy. Here's the thing. We were greeted at the door by Ana, and she immediately tried to find the other salesperson. No push, no shove, no pressure. Awesome! We ended up spending most of the afternoon with Ana, and she was DELIGHTFUL. Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We test-drove several vehicles, and she made each test drive "happen" with seeming effortlessness. I was most impressed with this: I was looking at the Avalon Hybrid, and then tried the new Camry SE hybrid... and while I was leaning toward the SE (which I eventually bought), I received NO PRESSURE WHATSOEVER, not even a suggestion, to focus more on the expensive car. She truly wanted me to be in the vehicle I was happiest with. That's AWESOME. BTW, Ana also helped facilitate us walking out with an upgrade on our other leased vehicle. The rest of the staff also were awesome. We highly recommend Bayside, and we'll use them for all our future needs. Ana, thank you. I know you're new, but your are a tremendous asset to Bayside! More

Shady Business Shady Business .. Last day of Feb, I shopped a deal for my gf, I am a Sales Manager at a luxury brand dealership in VA. We have agreed on a terms with sales associate over the phone, confirmed multiple times that the lease was 36 months 15k miles at 208/mo with ZERO down, I will not give the vehicle info for other customers' business, however the contract came and I asked my gf to send me the copy ( which I still have it and happy to share with anyone who needs to see it.. ) contract came 210/mo and it was 36 months 12k miles instead of 15k. First they said oh that was put by mistake, then sale manager wanted my gf to accept the deal as is by saying ""oh if you are gonna trade in the car it does not matter how many miles you sign up for" Really? okay.. Then I got on the phone and explained the fact I am indeed in the same business and doing this over 12 years, and I said if that was a humanly mistake please correct it and send her to her way, they needed a few minutes and came back with the explanation of " her credit had to be tier bumped and that is why it could not be 208/month at 15k miles" Oh really? What happened to the humanly mistake? So you are going to print the contract with less miles and not disclose it to her, once I catch it you will first say it was a mistake then say oh I can not lose that much money? All this is for $400 difference on your end that you are being extremely shady about it? That is why we have such a sh.tty name in car business. Even after explaining that I AM IN THE BUSINESS, I KNOW HOW TO READ THE CONTRACT, I KNOW HOW THE LEASE WORKS, I KNOW WHAT THE CREDIT LOOKS LIKE, I KNOW THE DETAILS, the sales manager will go to my gf and say oh just sign it you will trade in anyways mileage does not matter? Cmon guys, you do not have to LIE, try to COVER THE LIE after realizing you are dealing with a Sales Manager not only with a single female at your showroom, then say oh I can not lose that much money so I can not do the deal... That is a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE way of doing business and customer service. I will APOLOGIZE to anyone if one line of what I wrote here is wrong. Your Sales Manager, and I will NOT give a name however whoever needs to know I can provide it privately, needs to realize, people are not stupid and he also needs to understand, he can make money without being shady. More
