Very happy with the service end of the work. Work was performed as requested and staff were helpful and polite. So far no problems. I have an RV on a Ford F450 Chassis. I was relieved that I could find a Ford dealer somewhat close in order to perform the required maintenance. Purvis Ford won’t deal with RV’s. I intend to have Bayview Ford do all the maintenance on my RV regarding Ford maintenance items. My only area I see improvement for is communication. It seemed if I didn’t check after a few days of not hearing from the service advisor, I wouldn’t know what was going on. My vehicle was there for over a week and I was calling after hearing nothing for a few days. Also, if a call is somewhat promised, then it should be made to the customer about status. Maybe something built into your computer systems about a reminder to update customers would be helpful to the service advisors for vehicles left for several days. All of the people I met at Bayview Ford were pleasant and helpful. This was my first time at Bayview and I intend to continue to do business with the company. More
