This is the worst place to receive service. Nothing better than being ignored while someone sits on their phone pretending to be busy. It was like I was invisible. Walking into the service portion of the dealership was great until I walked up to a desk with a gentleman who barely acknowledged me pointed to the desk across the way and went back to playing on his phon great until I walked up to a desk with a gentleman who barely acknowledged me pointed to the desk across the way and went back to playing on his phone. A very lovely young lady named Natasha greeted me and told me she would be right with me as she was busy with 3 other customers at the moment. Once she had cashiered everyone out she greeted me with the warmest smile and welcome. She walked me through my service and what would happen during the appointment. She was helpful and very informative. She did not push any recommendations just explained what would need to be done. Such a wonderful employee. It is a shame that other service employees can’t manage to work. More
