If I could give zero stars I would. The manager, Chris, had the audacity to insult myself and my husband on our ability to “afford” a state inspection. I was informed this would all be taken care of by the had the audacity to insult myself and my husband on our ability to “afford” a state inspection. I was informed this would all be taken care of by the salesperson I dealt with (which I have proof in writing), just to get an e-mail about a week before my tags expired that I needed to have this done on my dime. Not to mention, the lies they started to spew when being called to the carpet. Ended up calling Annapolis, which is 2 hours closer to where we live, and hopefully will be resolving the issue with them. Wish I could go back in time and not give them my business. More
I called Bayside Ford this afternoon to inquire about an F250 they have for sale, stock number FE04177. They had it advertised at a very low price of $38,995 both on Autotrader and their own website. When I tried to buy it at that price, they informed me there would be over $2,600 in "processing fees" added to the price. I'm not aware of any other Ford dealers who engage in this kind of deceptive advertising. I called 5 other Ford dealers today and not one quoted a price significantly different from what they were advertising. After I left a poor review on Google, this dealer had the nerve to post a reply calling me a liar. Despite their lies to the contrary, I am a real person, and I did call today, as evidenced by my phone bill call log. I ended up buying the truck from a dealer in MO. More

Poor Customer Service Really bad initial few conversations with Max. 0 customer service or interest in replying positively/ warmly. Body language/ interest to sell seemed pathetic. Such a turn off. They probably lost one of the only few customers they would get in these times. Too bad. To add to that, wrote an email copying the GM of that dealership and no apology or response/ acknowledgement from either lol. Talk about customer service haha or trying to win business. Terrible Customer service and reflects badly on Ford. #FORD #FORDCUSTOMERSERVICE. I would give negative stars if thats an option. btw, i was enquiring about a Raptor. Might ring a bell with Mr Max. Too bad, you aint the only Ford dealership in the area and this aint the only website for dealer reviews!! I hope the GM and Regional Manager read this review.
