I had a problem with my company truck right before my wife and I were supposed to leave for GA.. Not wanting to come home to a broke down truck I called Afton at Bayside service department and she took i wife and I were supposed to leave for GA.. Not wanting to come home to a broke down truck I called Afton at Bayside service department and she took it right in and they worked on it while we were gone. There was some major issues with the engine and as usual they informed me of all the issues and after I gave the go-ahead they fixed it and I got to tell you it now runs better than when it was new. Again I'm so impressed with Afton and I believe Robert was the mechanic. The two of them continue to amaze me. We live Bayside service department! More

I spent all day looking for a particular mustang that dealerships said “they had on the lot”. When we get there, it’s either sold the night before or it wasn’t there. On our way home, my wife found the car we were looking for at BaySide Ford of King George Virginia. They too said they had what we were looking for. In fact they said they had a black one and a white one. Having nothing to loose and only 35 minutes from home we gave it a shot. When we pulled in, they had the mustang out front and fueled up for our test drive. Needless to say without hesitation, we continued with the purchase. Our salesperson (Nevaeh)was awesome! Paperwork was initiated and explained section by section. The sales manager and finance person were all great and very efficient! In all my adult life of purchasing a vehicle I have NEVER been through such a speedy and smooth transaction! In fact, it took more time to detail my mustang than I think it did to complete paperwork of the sale! I would recommend this crew to any and all my friends and family!
