These thieves tried to chrage me $236.00 to change a PCV valve on my 5.7 Hemi. The part itself is $28.00 and takes all of 10 minutes to change it. I figured I would have them do it since I was bringing in m valve on my 5.7 Hemi. The part itself is $28.00 and takes all of 10 minutes to change it. I came into the dealer because my jeep had issues with the horn and on top of that it was time for its yearly inspection. On the first day I came in Jay was very helpful and informative. He said not to worry about anything that the team will have my issues resolved as soon as possible. Since the wait was about 2 hours my boyfriend and I decided to walk around the area. When the car was ready Jay kindly gave us a call to let us know. When it was time to pay the bill i figured it would be a good amount of money because of the horn issue. Jay provided me with great information about the expenses that were covered given that my jeep was only a year old. I really appreciated that because i was not aware of this. I left and the car was working fine but later on the same day the horn died again. I went back the next week and as soon as I walked in Jay gave me a warm welcome. He was very friendly and respectful, This is good given the amount of stress I was under because my 1 year old car was broken already. I informed Jay that I had to work that day and would really appreciated if I could have the car back as soon as possible. He said they would try their best. But soon it was time to go to work and my car was not ready. Jay kindly offered the free service that came with my jeep benefits of having a car for whatever time it took for them to fix my car. I was ready to request that but just at that point my car was ready. As I didn't have time to wait for my paperwork Jay offered to mail it. I was glad to receive all my paperwork in the mail 2 days later. Because I felt welcomed at the service center and because Jay provided me with important information and always went out of his way to help me I will always go back and totally recommend the center to everyone. I went into the Bayside dealership last friday for an oil check on my jeep. The service was excellent. I had Jay help me out, he was very friendly. Jay Escobar, the service department advisor, was extremely attentive and helpful in solving the problem that I was having with my 2009 Dodge Ram. He was constantly in contact with me and kept me in extremely attentive and helpful in solving the problem that I was having with my 2009 Dodge Ram. He was constantly in contact with me and kept me informed on the troubleshooting and solution to the electrical problem caused by an improperly installed aftermarket auto start system. I brought my car into Chrysler for service because the check engine light came on and car jerked when driving. I was initially serviced by Henry when I dropped off my car and was in constant communicatio check engine light came on and car jerked when driving. I was initially serviced by Henry when I dropped off my car and was in constant communication with him each day thereafter until I picked up my car. We, unfortunately, had to go through a third party, the warranty company, for authorization which caused a delay in the service time- at no fault of any employees of Chrysler. The overall experience with Chrysler was great because of Henry and Lenny. Henry kept me well informed of what was going on with the repairs and when he was unavailable, Lenny was able to help me (and even calm me down over the phone when I lost my patience with the warranty company and expressed my frustration). These two employees (and I'm sure there are others that do this each day) exhibited outstanding customer service skills and had an enormous amount of patience. As a consumer, I have a choice of which company I want to do business with. I don't have to bring my car into Chrysler...I choose to bring my car to Chrysler. This decision is simply based on customer service satisfaction and I will continue to do business with Chrysler because of Henry and Lenny and people just like them. I do hope that these two men will be acknowledged for their excellent service but more so for putting my mind at ease when I had doubts about the warranty company making good on their commitment to honor my contract.
