Service was extremly poor and unprofessional. They had charged me 200$ just to do a diagnostic on my vehicle and never even fixed the issue. The service tech and manager told me to come pick up my vehicle charged me 200$ just to do a diagnostic on my vehicle and never even fixed the issue. The service tech and manager told me to come pick up my vehicle just because my warrenty broker wanted him too look into the issue a little bit further soo that they could proceed with the claim. The service tech manager jay Escobar felt as though he didnt need to go the extra mile to do soo. Soo therefore I was told to pick up my car and still pay a 200$ diagnostic fee. SMH More

I took my vehicle to Bayside for a brake problem I was having. The rep, Sebastian, was very helpful in keeping me updated on the diagnostics, the need to order parts and when my vehicle would be ready. Al having.
