Unhappy I am totally disgusted with my experience with this company. I was taken advantage of because I was a woman I believe and misguided. I was told my lease would be one thing and yet I received another. Then to be left with an awful car and a tremendous lease payment and what a surprise nobody wants to help or return the call. I am looking for any way to return the vehicle. I want nothing to do with JEEP or the dealership. More

Terrible service, moderate sales! Pin stripes were peeling on my 2014 Grand Cherokee and had a dent on the passenger side fender. Didn't notice this since I bought my vehicle at night Pin stripes were peeling on my 2014 Grand Cherokee and had a dent on the passenger side fender. Didn't notice this since I bought my vehicle at night. Called my sales person the very next morning. The pin stripe was removed bit that took a lot of my time and energy. Useless service advisor, Shang took 2 months to send the " paint defects to Chrysler ". Finally after 2 months of asking nicely one day they removed the pin stripes but tried to charge me $120 for labor... Another incident I made a service appointment a week before for Monday 7am and I had my wife take off from work since this vehicle throws check engine lights constantly. Anyways they refused to service my vehicle because my name was not on the list. I made the appointment but they had no records of this and sent her back. Shang, is one the the worst service advisors, the laziest person you will ever meet and he talks a good line of xxxx. Bayside jeep will never see any money from me ever again. Will never purchase a Chrysler vehicle. More

I asked and I received it with no hassles. They were so accommodating I drove off in this car within 2 hours. My Overall experience was wonderful. 2015 Dodge Journey Worst dealership in the world. Bought my brand new car. Did not get to test drive it and some of the features that were promised were not in the car. Worst dealership in the world. The manager Jason said he would installed the Bluetooth as the salesperson Francesco said he thought the car came with Bluetooth which was one of the features that I requested. Took the car in to have the bluetooth installed. I am of the opinion that he was going to change the radio and come up with something suitable for a brand new car. He installed a Bluetooth with a microphone above the steering wheel and the other part close to the shift stick. The whole thing just take away from the car. I feel like I was not treated properly. I told them I needed a red car and the sales person if I buy a 2015 car I could get to pick and choose the color. I wanted a use car in the beginning. It was after I sign the papers I realized that I was getting a black car. I could not afford a brand new car but was making the sacrifice More

Decided to stop by to look and I left buying After multiple attempts at several dealerships, I was not satisfied with the quotes nor provided service. Decided to stop by to look and I left buying a car and with a great experience. My sales rep Edwin was very nice and his sales manager Rob. They were friendly and were able to meet my needs. No price haggling and provided me with exactly what I wanted. I was provided an in depth walkthrough of the car features and they were even able to locate the Jeep Grand Cherrokee 2015 model in the color I requested. I would highly recommend others to pay them a visit. More
