WHO SAYS THAT???? I didn't expect that, especially from an owner of a business! He said it was really busy, I didn't see it that way. I'm an executive in one of the busiest department stores in the country and I KNOW WHAT BUSY IS, it wasn't busy. Even if it were busy what kind of customer service is it to say something like that? After all was said and done the deal they were offering us was horrible. We went to major jeep and bought a grand Cherokee from them. Got a great deal and the BEST service!!! TAKE THAT WHATS YOUR NAME!!! More

Be Smart Make sure you have final contract before you want to pick up your vehicle. Lance had told me if credit was good I should get 1.9% finance. Since this number was not finalized prior to pick up the dealer squeezed me into purchasing extended service agreement or increasing the finance rate. I should have walked out and cancelled the deal, however because of time I chose to stay and finalize the sale. My own fault. These guys are slick and you must have everything in writing before you commit. They also have you complete the review prior to final papers so the prior review I completed was all wrong. Set up for the rip off! I had brought two other car from here with no money down and was very pleases how the deals work out. But this time I had a $4000 down payment and tho I had brought two other car from here with no money down and was very pleases how the deals work out. But this time I had a $4000 down payment and thought I would get a better deal with a down payment. So I when online with this dealership and saw what I wanted made an appointment and came in. First off none of the salesmen I talk to the first two deals wasn't there anymore so I talked to the new guy who show me what I saw online. So far so good I thought. Told what I wanted to pay how much I had to put down. He came and told me you got your price. It was the biggest lie they ever told. I wanted to pay between $300 and $400 a month. They told you got it for $335. I was trilled and thought the dealership came though for me again but I was mistaken. The price that they gave me was for every two week and not monthly which make this payment $669 a month. Over $250 more than I wanted to pay. Second the price online was $21,000 but at the dealer it's $28,888 I told Tom Dunn I didn't like the numbers he told me the deal was done and that I could come back in 10 months and redo it for a less price. I left there feeling like I was robbed and I was. They betrayed the trust.Buyer BEWARE! More

They told me one price "all in" and then when you go to close it's completely different. 3k in fees and other nonsense that they can't even justify. Financier completely baited and switched. Francesco or Francisco what ever his name is is a rookie charming salesman whose intent is completely profit driven salesmanship. The guy has been selling cars for a month. Has no idea about the products but puts a big charming smile on his face. Guy put together a lease for one price and one down payment . Truth was I made the same exact purchase 2 months earlier that didn't have nearly the amount of fees and xx, on the same exact vehicle. Took advantage of my mothers Lack of education to the process. When questioned was told "the programs changed" but when we initially called to check out the prices was told " best deals in a year are going on". With these snakes there isn't even fine print, it just doesn't get disclosed for fear of not selling the deal. When called them back to ask what the xxxx they did to my mothers lease deal was told "well she signed the papers". I referred her there to get taken care of and had my trust in there ability to be fair and just. They used that to rob her blind. If they wre the only place on the planet selling cars and I needed to drive, I'd walk or get a bicycle. Truth is with top tier credit she will be driving a car with a 25k msrp with 10k a year in miles amortized over 36 months for 300 a month with 4500 down!! When you do the math the numbers are completely fabricated. 2 months ago I got the same car for 1500 down 260 a month for 36 months with 10k miles a year with less then top ttier credit. How ? Better program? No, difference was I was educated and my mother wasn't so they took advantage by robbing her blind and by telling her "yea you will get the same deal as your son" and then pulled the rug out from under her. To watch my mother cry was heartbreaking. BEWARE I don't want the pain and embarrassment I or my mother felt to be out upon you. Stay away from this place More
Bayside Jeep is the worst service department I've ever gone to. I brought the car in for the handle over the passenger side that broke and after waiting six hours,We got the car back and was told t ever gone to. I brought the car in for the handle over the passenger side that broke and after waiting six hours,We got the car back and was told that everything is complete. The handle that they were supposed to repair broke again and The seat on the drivers side did not work properly. We brought the car back in and waited 4 hours to find out that they didn't have the part for the handle over the seat.They did a patch up job And of course the handle broke again Also the seat on the driver's was not repaired and were told to bring the car in the following week and would have to leave it there all day for them to repair the seat. Every time we called to find out the status on the repair we were put on hold and then disconnected at least four times. We just got the car back from bayside after waiting all day I hope everything was repaired properly this time. I bought this car brand-new and paid cash for it if you are looking to buy a Jeep do not go to Bayside Jeep There service is nonexistent. More

I went to Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge this past Sunday to lease a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. My sales person was Jason Gorman and I was his first client of the day. He spent a good amount of time with me lease a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. My sales person was Jason Gorman and I was his first client of the day. He spent a good amount of time with me going over different options/packages/vehicles they had available and he helped me find my perfect Jeep - a white 2014 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara edition! He was very easy to work with and I felt we came up with a great price! Many of the vehicles in this dealership are stored offsite due to the dealerships location in Queens, so while Jason had my car being delivered from their storage facility I met with financing, which took about 5 minutes. When my car arrived Jason did a visual inspection with me, showed me how to use some of the features of the vehicle, and made sure everything was in top shape. I left the dealership very satisfied. I felt I got a great deal on my Jeep, my salesman was attentive and helpful, and the dealership itself was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend this dealership and my salesman Jason to my friends and family! More
