Crowded, no parking, and sloppy customer service. Title said it all. They need a bigger space to service the large ammount of people they get. there is always a traffic jam at the entrance of the serv Title said it all. They need a bigger space to service the large ammount of people they get. there is always a traffic jam at the entrance of the service driveway. They have no parking whatsoever for customers. I just come here because it is convenient. When you get inside, it takes a while until someone acknowledges you and it seems every employee is waiting for someone else to take care of the next customer. They eat at the front desks, disregard the customers and engage in conversation instead of paying attention to the line. They do have bagels and creamcheese, which did not look too appealing to me. The folks that pick and return your car, seemed rushed and a bit too casual. Hey, I know this is not the Mercedes dealer where they shine your shoes and give you expresso, but a little courtesy, adequate installations and good customer service would go a long way. More

Quick service I came in with no appointment and was immediately greeted by the service manager Jay. I explained that a tire gauge cap had come off my tire and in th I came in with no appointment and was immediately greeted by the service manager Jay. I explained that a tire gauge cap had come off my tire and in the last month I’ve had to fill up my tire with air twice. I just wanted a single replacement cap, but Jay insisted he take a look at all 4 of my tires, replace the cap and inflate all the tires. I was in and out in 10 minutes top! Excellent service and I’m so happy that I purchased my car through his dealership. Thanks again! More
