6hr wait time Went in for an oil change at 9am and came out wasting 6 hours waiting and paid over $700 for additional maintenance services. So I thought why not give it one try before before going straight to Carvana. Max impressed me as not being overly pushy. Though young, he had a good grasp of reading someone. I knew what I wanted and was specific, in price, car, did not want to spend more time than needed. I was in and out and it which was what I wanted.
