Worst Customer Experience (Unsafe environment) My experience at the Service department at Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge in Bayside, Queens was the worst customer experience I think i have ever experienced. My experience at the Service department at Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge in Bayside, Queens was the worst customer experience I think i have ever experienced. I brought my Jeep to this facility because I had two things to repair (a crack in my windshield and a hinge to repair on my gate). I'll start from the beginning. When I brought my car to the dealer, I waited in line to drop my car off. While waiting in my car, a service worker driving another vehicle, HIT MY CAR. he took a wide turn and rubbed bumpers. Then he literally DROVE AWAY. I walked into the office and brought it up and it was shrugged off and dismissed. There was just a scratch on my bumper so I moved on. Then the real fun began. I explained my needs and was informed that I would receive a phone call with estimated costs for parts etc in 4 hours. After 12 hours, I phoned the office. Nothing had been done. In fact, the team forgot what was needed for the car. I had to start over. Following day, I get a call stating that I would owe XX amount of money for the service. I asked questions and informed the representative that I knew that the parts and service would not cost XX as I had done research and called ahead for a quote. His immediate response was "if you don't choose to take the service, you will be charge $199 dollars for a diagnostic test". Is this real life? Not only was this clause never spoken of, he was basically telling me he would keep my car hostage. I won't go into any detail but I got my point across and I received the service needed at an exaggerated cost. Lastly, the more insane instance was when I went to pick up my car (as if it could get worse). I picked up my car and it seemed like a service employee might have left a tool in the trunk of my car. I walked down to the garage to give it to them and began to be threatened and verbally abused by a service member. If there is an employee or customer service member from this dealership reading this, you should really give me a call or email. You have a real problem happening at your dealership. More

I gave my sales associate Juan all of my requirements in a Vehicle, my price point, and he work painstakingly to accommodate me. I've had my vehicle 4 days now and so far so good! I'm so grateful to find a sale associate that cares about his customers. Genuinely. He didn't try to sale me anything I wasn't looking for. he showed me what I needed and wanted. ( AND THIS IS HUGE BECAUSE IVE BEEN TO OTHER DEALERSHIPS THAT TRY TO SELL YOU THEIR UNWATED INVENTORY). THANK YOU JUAN AREVALO! Sean Rickard was also Great. Quick! Gave me variables of payments, showed me ( WHICH I think is important) the differences in payments, interest rates between banks. OVERALL.. based on my past experiences i'm VERY PLEASED!! I came to this dealership after a google search and speaking with Dominique over the phone who convinced me I would get the treatment I deserved. She advised me of all of the end of year sales and other offers I may use from online that they would honor for cash back. I was very impulsive after my car needed a few repairs and went straight in. They were able to trade in my vehicle which lowered my monthly payments affordably to what i needed. Juan was willing and able to work out with what was best for me. He showed me a few vehicles and once we knew what I wanted he made sure I left there happy. Before take off he showed me all of the features for my new vehicle and i can honestly say I am very happy with it. After which i began driving the vehicles days after if i had any questions i would shoot Juan a text and he would respond right away. I would definitely recommend Juan to be your salesperson for any future buyers/leasers! More
