2020 DODGE DURANGO BLACKTOP From the moment we enter, we were immediately greeted with a warm smile from the receptionist. She told us as an associate will be right with us. Here came Robert Wilson AKA "Austin" to the save. He came with a smile and gave my son a high five. Little did he know that I already settled on a car (the Fully loaded Durango). Well, the process wasn't easy, as you expect I had a trade-in. But the fact that I was approached by different top management, made me feel special. After all, I'm purchasing a vehicle. Overall I got there at 2:45 PM and left the dealership at 7:20 PM with a brand new car. Austin gave me the security that I was in good hands, the test drive was informative and he had knowledge of the vehicle. He kept me informed through the whole buying process (inventory, credit, finance, etc.) At the end, he pulled my car in front of the dealership and delivered his promise. He sat inside and inside, explained the connectivity and all the buttons. Overall this is my second purchase from Bayside Jeep in less than two (2) years. My family and I are the proud owners for a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Plus and 2020 Dodge Durango GT Blacktop. Thank you Bayside Jeep for being patient and fulfilling my needs! I am truly ecstatic and can't wait for a road trip with my Durango. More
