I cannot overstate how unhappy I am with my last visit to this service center. The valet accidentally broke my exterior mirror. I was not overly upset by this, things happen. They said the part would be in i this service center. The valet accidentally broke my exterior mirror. I was not overly upset by this, things happen. They said the part would be in in two days and it would be fixed then. I was fine with this. Two days passed and I received no call. I had to call them and they now told me it would be an additional FIVE days to get it replaced. So a total of 7 days without the use of my vehicle. I needed the truck for the weekend and it is very hard to drive without that mirror. So aside of that inconvenience, I will have to waste a day of my time getting it fixed. Inexcusable! More
