My partner and I went into this dealership in October and was offered a great deal on a 2023 Compass, and we immediately agreed to a price. It was Patrick's day off, so he told me that another salesman would help us and that he would text me all the details. On the day of, I received no messages so I had to initiate the "Do you know who will be helping me today?" to Patrick. He eventually gave me the name of whom I will not mention because he is not to blame. The whole process took 5 hours, and during the middle of waiting, I asked the managers' desk if this will take most of my evening and they responded with "Why, are you in a rush? Calm down." Eventually the car was brought to the front of the dealership and they were missing the second key fob. I asked them if they could locate it, and they responded with "Do you really need a second one?" At this point, me and my partner just want to leave this awful place so we drive off, being told that the second key fob will be made at a later date. There are even more missing details of unprofessionalism, rudeness, incompetence, and juvenile actions, however, they are too much to list. I had leased a 2016 Wrangler from this same location with a fairly good experience, but after what Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge put us through this time around, we will absolutely never be a repeat customer nor will we dare refer anyone to this awful establishment.
