This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a cash purchase of a vehicle.This dealership has taken integrity and knowledge of their product to an all time low. I sought after a vehicle with a ver cash purchase of a vehicle.This dealership has taken integrity and knowledge of their product to an all time low. I sought after a vehicle with a very specific feature which was not disclosed on your website and called to confirm this option and was told this option existed on the vehicle to find out in less than 24hrs of purchase that the vehicle in fact did not have my option. I was given the glorious response to deal with it and sell the vehicle that the option of return is not available. Of course all parties deny I requested the option package to start. So the only course of action is to inform the public about the lack of support from this dealership and total carelessness towards correcting their own mistakes. Veterans like myself who have laid there lives on the line didnt do so so establishments like this one can provide such a horrible service. I know so much could have been done to correct this issue but clearly it's easier to keep my money. More
