Staff members were friendly & pleasant enough, but service costs seem too high. Around FOUR HUNDRED Bucks to replace a coolant container?! I own a 2022 grand Cherokee summit reserve . . 5,000 miles a grinding sound comes from front end of car when turning came in to the dealer did a test drive with one of the mechanics .. I was told it’s a suspension we swapped out a new suspension..SOUND WAS STILL THERE .. GIVING OUT FALSE INFORMATION!! #2 steering wheel stitching coming off from factory when purchased car and was told the steering wheel will takes 2 weeks to arrive been over a month now I’m being told it’s not being built! More
