Me and my husband came to look at a new car, and after trying to give us a very low trade in value, we were switched to a new sales associate/ manager. The first associate Olivia, never came back to check on us as if she was upset with us not agreeing with her trade in value. The next lady was rapidly and unprofessionally smacking her gum due to her lack of a cigarette for the day. No associate worn a name tag or even to bother to dress professionally. After deciding to shop around due to it being our first stop that took over 2 hours, we were looked at by Olivia and a new associate in a judgmental and nasty way. This was by far the worst experience ever! Don't shop here. If I could give this place a rate of 0/10 I definitely would. very cold office and place looked like it was falling apart! More

I asked politely not to be followed but was told that it was a requirement. I brought this to the attention of the manager there who very rudely responded with "just looking is for Sundays". I called back and asked for the general manager's name and was told they can't release that information. I will be following up with Dodge on my experience. Stay away if your like me and prefer to shop without being hassled and enjoy the privacy of talking to your loved one while you shop. More
Absolutely the worst experience in my professional life. The salesmen were not willing to listen to what I was saying, they under-delivered on ALL of their promises, and they treated me like I was an idiot. The salesmen were not willing to listen to what I was saying, they under-delivered on ALL of their promises, and they treated me like I was an idiot. We noticed a problem with one of the tires the day after we bought the vehicle and took it back to the dealer. They were going to charge us for the repair! I had to speak to the sales manager to get it done. The service was horrid - the time it took to buy the vehicle was ridiculous! The service time for the repair was way too long. I strongly recommend not visiting this dealer - ever! More
contacted this organization looking for new vehicles, salesperson could not verify cars actually sitting on lot were for sale! listed vehicles on website were not available; I made offer to purchase used salesperson could not verify cars actually sitting on lot were for sale! listed vehicles on website were not available; I made offer to purchase used vehicle at NADA/Edmunds value/TMV and they say there is no way to purchase any vehicle on their lot for the prices mentioned on the web. I submit a manufacturer offer for partnership discount and they refused to abide by the manufacturers offer as a dealer of their vehicles. In other words, they do not accept anyone who makes a legitimate fair offer to purchase a vehicle on their lot. I asked if they would sell a vehicle for 2-3% below invoice, (normally acceptable offer nation wide at Jeep dealers) Sales manager refuses offer. salespersons hands are tied, they say they cant work any deals at or near invoice costs, sales management are the only ones who can do that. flim flam.. bait and switch, and generally poor poor business practice.
