I don’t feel that the technician was honest and thorough, I’ve taken my Jeep there 3 times inquiring the same issue. The last 2 times “ there was no idea what was wrong “ This last time almost $5,000 worth I’ve taken my Jeep there 3 times inquiring the same issue. The last 2 times “ there was no idea what was wrong “ This last time almost $5,000 worth of repairs needed for parts that were just installed 3 months ago. Each time billed for 1 hour labor makes me question what was so different this time than the last 2 times? Or have a just been paying $200 + each time for someone to guess what’s going on? More
