I purchased a Ram 1500 from the dealership in Dec 2020 and was very pleased with the vehicle. The only issue I have is the Bayside for life is really Bayside for 1 year unless you pay more. Some dealerships actually offer oil change, inspection and tire rotations for life. In those instances they didn't require more money or an additional fee. Overall, those working at the dealership are friendly. More
