On that visit, I was most interested in a vehicle that my husband would be comfortable in. We were considering both Ford and Chevy vehicles to replace my Volkswagen Diesel which is involved in a buy-back. Nancy Spaller approached us at that time and showed us several models. She was knowledgeable about each of the vehicles and was able to show us options on each of the vehicles we looked at. She even arranged to bring a used vehicle over from the used car side in order to sit in one that she was unable to show a new vehicle of. As this was just a fact-finding mission for us, Nancy was very gracious and gave us none of the usual sales pressure, even though she spent over an hour with us. I got an email from the dealership about the Black Friday Sale, and even though my husband was working, I went by the dealership to see if one of the specific vehicles on special sale that day would work for us. I was originally looking online at a specific used vehicle on the lot. However between Steve Thompson and Nancy Spaller, they were able to find a new Equinox that both met my needs, and was discounted enough to fit my budget. Then Mike Austin was able to beat my Credit Union's interest rate by over 1.8% annually. I feel like I got a fair deal, and according to kbb.com I got a below market price. Thanks much! More
