Angelique- My name is Adam, I am the Manager you spoke with on Saturday. I do apologize that the process was not better explained to your daughter, as I'm sure is the case in most businesses, people lose sight of the fact that not everyone knows the ins and outs of the business as well as those doing it on a daily basis. I would however, like to clarify the details of what happened and make sure both sides are heard. I went back and reviewed the communication between your daughter and our salesman, most of it was via text, which is stored in our database. Her original appointment was scheduled for Thursday, the 13th, as is the case with a lot of appointments, she was unable to come in that day and asked to reschedule. The salesman offered to have her come in the following day, Friday and work with one of his associates since he was going to the Mariners game, she declined and asked to set an appointment for Saturday instead. When she arrived on Saturday, there was someone here test driving the car with a different salesman and we informed her that once they were done she would have first right to purchase it. I do understand that it was upsetting and frustrating for her and I apologize for any inconvenience that was caused, I will make sure that our staff does a better job of explaining to customers in the future that vehicles are not held for appointments.
