Pure blissful buying experience. This is my second vehicle I've purchased from Kevin Champ at Bayshore Automotive. 2 years ago we got our custom Jeep for my wife from Bayshore Automo This is my second vehicle I've purchased from Kevin Champ at Bayshore Automotive. 2 years ago we got our custom Jeep for my wife from Bayshore Automotive. That experience alone brought us back when it was time for me to get a new truck. I chose a totally "blacked-out" custom 2018 Toyota Tundra. My new truck was still in the middle of the build, about 2 weeks away from being ready for delivery. Kevin kept me updated on the production every step of the way, from when it was getting its suspension, lift and tires, to when it went into leather, not to mention accommodating my last minute request to add heated seats during the leather installation, and an aftermarket bed cover. All these updates came via email, and texts with pictures, which helped with the monotony of waiting for your new truck to be built. Kevin exudes customer service skills from his pores. His product knowledge gives you confidence in your decision making for your new vehicle purchase. His integrity sets him and this business apart from the rest. No nonsense, no BS, no hidden fees. Kevin's business ethic is that of a straight-shooter. He tells it like it is, and his word is his bond and it's as solid as oak. He also excels at keeping you informed throughout the entire buying process. Whatever it is you want on your vehicle, Kevin can make it happen. I've come back for an upgraded exhaust and tire carrier for the Jeep, and he was very fair in pricing and installation labor. We came in as customers and we left as family. I consider Kevin my friend and would recommend him and Bayshore Automotive to anyone interested in a well built custom Jeep or doing any type of vehicle mods to your current Jeep or truck. Let me start out by saying that I was extremely impressed with the selection of Jeeps and the entire no pressure sales experience with Kevin Champ. He allowed me to look around, get comfortable with what I was looking for in a Jeep and provided me with some much needed information on the models and modifications of each vehicle.
