I'm a long time Jeep/off-road guy, been around Jeeps for a long time and owned several; I currently own a 2006 Jeep Wrangler LJ, and it's been nothing but reliable. So...My girlfriend just recently bought the 2018 White Rubicon with 4-inch Skyjacker lift, with progressive rate coils and Iron Cross custom bumper, with Nitto 38's...VERY nice setup!! You guys were really awesome with your customer service and how you treated her, I can't speak highly enough about your business and Jeep builds, you really have an awesome business model, I envy you!! I LOVE Jeeps, and really love how the new JL's turned out! Thank you for the way you all treated my girlfriend and the REALLY good deal on the Jeep. Out here in Arizona, buying a Jeep is tantamount to buying ice water in the middle of an endless desert, you just can't find a good deal, simply because Jeeping is so popular out here. The price you sold the Rubicon to her for was a super good deal, then on top of that, you guys hooked her up with the powder coated half-doors AND the Jeep got here in 2 days for less than a thousand dollars, I was just blown away! She really loves the Jeep and I may actually love it more than her...lol. Bayshore...You guys (and gals of course) ROCK!! Thank you for making the purchase of my girlfriends Rubicon seamless and easy, it's rare to find dealerships that have the kind of "good-hearted, honest and fair" customer service that you all offer. We made the drive (even though near all of it is on their website) to see what they had built and ready for delivery. Arrived and were left to roam the warehouse and look at what was in stock (I am guessing 30 or 40 indoors) no hassle, hounding following you around. If you have questions this group is very knowledgeable. Don’t see what you want they will build it. I had not driven a jl so I ask to take it out - no problem. They pulled out the 2 I was interested in and off we went Purchase could not be more simple. No BS with this group Simple negotiation via phone the following day, agreed on pricing and took delivery that evening. The Jeep build is quality - not using junk, again the inventory they have is very impressive. If you are in the market for a Jeep, I would highly suggest reaching out to these folks. Could not have had a better experience and could not be more happy with the ride! Skyjacker lift, 38s, ocd components, quaily interior upgrades nice build and as simple as it gets to purchase. Lastly was trading a 2014 Jeep unlimited - received a respectable trade value.again no hassle. More
