April was the representative who helped us. She is honest, has integrity and went above and beyond her scope to assist us. She handled the transaction as if her family member was purchasing it. I purchased it sight unseen and relied on what was shown online and represented to us by her. I am impressed by her and will buy our next Jeep from Bayshore - through her specifically. She made the whole process as comfortable and transparent as possible. Especially since I wasn't local and couldn't inspect my Jeep in person. She provided all the info I needed to trust that I was getting a great vehicle. Once I arrived to pickup she greeted me warmly and made me feel like a valued guest and customer. The facility is exactly as described and all the cars are kept clean and organized in a massive shop. Once I saw my new Jeep I just new it was quality workmanship and exceeded my expectations.
