She made the whole process as comfortable and transparent as possible. Especially since I wasn't local and couldn't inspect my Jeep in person. She provided all the info I needed to trust that I was getting a great vehicle. Once I arrived to pickup she greeted me warmly and made me feel like a valued guest and customer. The facility is exactly as described and all the cars are kept clean and organized in a massive shop. Once I saw my new Jeep I just new it was quality workmanship and exceeded my expectations. I originally found a Jeep at another dealership that I fell in love with but they had terrible customer service. Reached out to April at Bayshore ... and let me tell you this woman is a ROCKSTAR!! Sent her a picture of what I wanted and in no time had a quote, left a deposit and they started the build. I was skeptical about buying out of state and never seeing the vehicle... but.. let me tell you ... their customer service is awesome and the Jeep looks AMAZING!! Finally had it shipped in it 6 am this morning to my home in NC. Haven’t even had the thing for 12 hours and I’ve already had person after person commenting on how sweet it looks.
