Disappointed-Poor Communication Skills I had an appointment for an oil change at 1:15 on Tuesday. I arrived at 1:10 waited for 20 minutes for someone to show up at the service desk. They ch I had an appointment for an oil change at 1:15 on Tuesday. I arrived at 1:10 waited for 20 minutes for someone to show up at the service desk. They checked in my vehicle and advised it would take about 30 minutes....2 1/2 hours later...yes, 2 1/2 hours later they still hadn't finished the oil change. No one in the service center apologized for the extensive delay nor did they bother to let me know that it was going to be much, much longer than anticipated. Oil change was way to expensive especially with poor customer service. While waiting I did over hear one of the guys in the parts department telling a female customer that her parts and service on her vehicle was going to be $1200. Based on the conversation she was told by someone in the service department that the repair was only $200. Needless to say, she was not very pleased and wanted an explanation as to why one department was telling her one price and another department was giving her a different price that was quite a bit more. More

I had to have a new fuel pump and I also asked for the filter to be changed by the gas cap since the check engine light had came on during the time it was under warranty and they said that qas all it w filter to be changed by the gas cap since the check engine light had came on during the time it was under warranty and they said that qas all it was and blowed it now fast forward to yesterday I had to have a fuel pump and they said they didn't have the filter but when he ordered it they did have it and I have to come back in on Saturday do do what they should have already done .thanks More

So my visit was good other then I went for a seat belt problem the ding you hear when your seat belt is off and driving quit working just before my 36,000 mile warranty was up and I made a appointment to problem the ding you hear when your seat belt is off and driving quit working just before my 36,000 mile warranty was up and I made a appointment to be told nothing they could do for it but I did purchase a technology package and was never told there was a $100 deductible which it dont follow under that but warranty is everything to me and I will not buy another dodge. We purchased a brand new 2019 Ram 1500 in June 2019. at about 1,400 miles, the vehicle had an issue and had to be towed to the shop. They replaced the rear end axle assembly. Days later, it had the same issue and was taken back to the shop, but they could not pinpoint the issue. We dealt with this same issue multiple times and for over 6 months before they finally figure out what it was. Once that issue was fixed, another issue occurred and then another issue. It seemed like a never ending situation. I spoke with them regarding trading the vehicle and was told I would not get pay-off even though we basically traded it out right and it had a $14,000 rebate when we purchased it. We ended up trading it at a different dealership and that dealership gave us a fair amount for it. I will say they were usually friendly to deal with. We never had any issues with negative personalities. More
