Bayird Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram of Paragould - Service Center

I've been dealing with the service manager and general manager from this dealership for a month, trying to get a part replaced that was incorrectly installed by one of their technicians. I live 2.5 hours manager from this dealership for a month, trying to get a part replaced that was incorrectly installed by one of their technicians. I live 2.5 hours from the dealership, so I took my vehicle to the closest jeep dealer. They are making me trailer my vehicle to their dealership, and mind you, I will have to pay someone to bring it down, instead of working out a deal to reimburse the closest jeep dealer to do the repairs. Also, take note that when your on hold when calling them (and I have spent at least 3 hours on hold with them in the last month) one of their messages while you're waiting to talk to someone is how important great customer service is to them!!! Pfshh!!! Not from what I'm seeing More
