Lack of communication was my only big complaint. The other complaint was the fact that we were given a time frame that wasn’t realistic. If you tell someone it’s going to “take 30 minutes to an hour”, a other complaint was the fact that we were given a time frame that wasn’t realistic. If you tell someone it’s going to “take 30 minutes to an hour”, and that time limit somehow becomes exceeded, INFORM THE CUSTOMER. I should not have to call to receive updates on my car’s progress. I am also not asking for and hourly update. I understand that things come up, parts have to be ordered, short staffed days happen, etc. BUT JUST TELL YOUR PATRON. I am sorry, but after our last experience- we will be investing our money elsewhere. More

Paragould Bayird has been most exceptional. As I currently own a Jeep Renegade 2021. I can compare this Bayird with Hyundai Cavenaugh of Jonesboro. Both are great. I would not recommend Frank Fletch currently own a Jeep Renegade 2021. I can compare this Bayird with Hyundai Cavenaugh of Jonesboro. Both are great.
