They had ordered the key fob for me in June and told me they where on backorder and would be August before it would be in. Truck had to be towed in after not even a month being owned. Said it was fixed and within 5 days happened again. I paid for extended warranty and was told everything was covered but yet I ended up spendi owned. Said it was fixed and within 5 days happened again. After spending more than $1800 and the issue not resolved, they either could not or would not answer several questions I had concerning my vehicle issue, I was told several times I would be called r resolved, they either could not or would not answer several questions I had concerning my vehicle issue, I was told several times I would be called right back, only to be waiting several hours before finally I would call again, and still nothing but guesses, or very vague answers with none of the details I was looking for (my truck has been here for a month at this point). I had legitimate questions before spending another $2000 for a wiring harness, but the closest I got to an answer was, "it's the only thing left" not, (we tested it, we ohm it out, we bypassed a wire to confirm this will fix your truck, etc.) So I go to pay for the $1800 of work done and just take my truck else where, (since we don't Really know if this $2000 wiring harness will fix it) and I ask for a copy of the whole work order packet (hoping maybe the mechanic wrote something down that would answer my questions). At first I was told "sure, thats no problem", but then all they would give me was the billing sheets, and was told, "I can't give you the other paper work" (when it's the work order for my truck which I just paid for). Phillip, the former service manager was great to work with, if he didn't know the answer, he would go figure it out one way or another, and if he said he would call you back, he did! When I asked to speak with the next person in charge, I was told, that person was gone, then finally, I got put on with a service advisor who seemed to at least understand my issue, said he'd do some research and call me right back... He never called me back, I called back the next morning and of course (they were just about to call me)... SO, after being a costumer and taking multiple vehicles here for service and repair for 8+years, it looks like the costumer service is now all but gone. More
Took my vehicle in for a fuel leak and a oil change. Fuel leak was so bad it was leaving a puddle under engine and while driving was getting on back tailgate. They called and said they couldnt pinpoint leak and wanted to put a few parts on it in that area to see if that might fix it. Gave me a estimate of numerous parts in the amount of almost 3,000. I declined repairs because they said they are just guessing. They did not take the time to find the leak. Didnt even clean the area where if was coming from and i feel like they charged me the 110 diagnostic fee for shining a flashlight under there and saying it needs all parts in that area. I took the vehicle home and found the leak myself. I no longer have any confidence in your service department. I also feel like they took advantage of me for charging me for the diagnosis that they obviously did not do. I dont believe i will come back with this vehicle or the other two that I have purchased from this dealership again. More
