Had a new set of tires put on last week but they didn’t balance them properly. I was told to be there first thing this morning and they would fix it. They knew I had an appointment and was limited on time, balance them properly. I was told to be there first thing this morning and they would fix it. They knew I had an appointment and was limited on time, they kept screwing around and when I asked if they were going to attempt to balance them they told me it would take 50 mins but they had pulled another car on the rack after they pulled my truck to the side. So I would have to wait on it too. So they said if I came back in the afternoon about 2pm they would get on it. We’ll that didn’t happened, I went to a tire shop up the road and had all tires balanced and nitrogen put in all four in 25mins total. After spending almost $700 on tires at BAYIRD’s they didn’t have the common courtesy to fix they’re screw up in a timely manner. Very poor service. More

When I finally got to speak to someone they had to track down "our" technician to get an update. My vehicle was with the service department for over a month waiting on a part that was on backorder. Only to find out that Bayird has a new policy that you have to pre-pay for the part before they will even order it for you. Would have been nice to know that little piece of information BEFORE I called Chrysler Cares. In fact, I was informed of the pre-pay via Chrysler Customer Service, not from Bayird. Bayird had told me the hold up was because the part was on backorder and only informed me about the pre-pay AFTER I asked the service manager about it. Needless to say, we picked up our vehicle and have taken it to a different dealership to be fixed. More
