When I made my appointment, I specifically asked about charges to ensure I would not be blindsided. At no point was I told I would have $150 to pay for diagnostic charges. Service manager called and told me my quote to do the work would be around 1,250 or so dollars. I told him go ahead. I went to pick up the truck and it was over 1,900 dollars. He was on speaker phone with myself and my boss when he started the first number(1250+-) and that’s what made us agree to the work. When confronted he said original number was 1,560+- which is not true because we probably would not have agreed to the work and just done it ourselves. Not a good way to get repeat customers. We own 3 ram Cummins trucks and ford is looking better every day. More

Was sent an oil change coupon for 69. 00 and then 15% off that while my truck was in the shop. I had called to schedule an oil change. I gave them a span of days that I had available. I was asked if I wanted to do a certain time the next day. Since this was my first time there, I ask I gave them a span of days that I had available. I was asked if I wanted to do a certain time the next day. Since this was my first time there, I asked how long would the service take? I had an appointment that I could not miss on that day. I was told, well, lets move you up an hour. This fit my schedule perfect. I went, but my car was not pulled into the bay until 50 minutes AFTER I dropped it off. I felt that I was lied to about the time. If you can't get me in at the appointed time, let me know and I can reschedule! Instead of sitting there for an hour, I sat there for two!! Completely unacceptable, but then was told if I had my oil changed anywhere else, I would most likely void my warranty. So, I'll be back, but I'll make sure to back a lunch and a blanket for a nap!
