When I arrived i gave Preston detailed info on the heated seat problem only to have him write on the order heated seats not working properly. Tech did an update, which didn’t solve anything. But to his defense, he wasn’t told what I told Preston. I had left dealership, made a stop and heated seat doing same thing. In addition, I noticed my oil life showed the same as when i left it. So I called them back and they said they didn’t even change the oil! Wagoneer client services had made this appointment for an oil change and to check the heated seats coming on without being activated. The dealership said they had no details on what was to be done. They said this happens with these and online appointments all the time. If this is so why isn’t something being done to address and correct this issue? My second trip to the dealership that day I spoke with Vernon and explained everything. He apologized and said he would relay all info to the technician and they would get the oil changed and check the seats again. I was at this dealership for a little over three hours today. In the end, the oil was changed and I was told a new module for the heated seats would have to be ordered. Wagoneer client services did call and let me know that module was ordered and that they would put a rush on it and the dealership should have it within a couple of business days. Indeed they did have it in a couple of days however the appointment desk with the dealership said they have allowed four hours to replace this and the earliest appointment would be like another eight or ten days. Hopefully this will resolve the issue. More

I was over charged. The amount we agreed we upon wasn’t on the financing paperwork. When called out on it, management refused to speak to me. They did offer to cut me a check, but that didn’t cover interest or lower my payment to what was initially agreed upon. After refinancing the whole deal, they lost my spare key. When asking to speak to management, they refused. I ended up speaking to the regional manager and a free oil change was what they offered me. It took 3 weeks to finalize and fix everything. I will not return. More
Told me false information to sway my decision to use this dealership. I buy a lot of vehicles for my business and personally from this dealership in another town. My normal dealership service manager told me that they were behind and could not get my truck scheduled for repair until April 8th. My company could not be with out this truck for any time in April. April is the most important time of year for a farmer....planting time. So, I called Paragould and they informed me that "We have a full team of technicians" and "your truck will not leave the technicians bay until it is completed" and "it only calls for 14 hrs of labor to do the job' and "all parts are available." This led me to decide to use this dealership. So, I had my truck towed from the Blytheville dealer to the Paragould dealer. AT MY COST! Just to be told every story in the book. I have telematics on all of my vehicles, So I know when it moves, I know when the key is turned on, I know when the hood is open. I watched and called every Tuesday to ask the status of the repair. Just to be told a new excuse every week. So, instead of getting my truck the first week of April, I received my truck May 13th. It would have been faster and cheaper to leave it at the other dealer. I just wish that I was told truthful information, and I could have been better prepared and made other arrangements. More
