I had called to schedule an oil change. I gave them a span of days that I had available. I was asked if I wanted to do a certain time the next day. Since this was my first time there, I ask I gave them a span of days that I had available. I was asked if I wanted to do a certain time the next day. Since this was my first time there, I asked how long would the service take? I had an appointment that I could not miss on that day. I was told, well, lets move you up an hour. This fit my schedule perfect. I went, but my car was not pulled into the bay until 50 minutes AFTER I dropped it off. I felt that I was lied to about the time. If you can't get me in at the appointed time, let me know and I can reschedule! Instead of sitting there for an hour, I sat there for two!! Completely unacceptable, but then was told if I had my oil changed anywhere else, I would most likely void my warranty. So, I'll be back, but I'll make sure to back a lunch and a blanket for a nap! More
