Brought my truck in and told them exactly what was wrong. The shop told us it was something else and paid over $1k for the work but called a few hours later and told us the original issue was the pro wrong. Dealer would not allow me to have a loaner bc they said it was less than 2 hours of work. However, appointment time was 7:45am and I had to call to find out that “the vehicle was just now finished” at 1:30 it was less than 2 hours of work.
