Bad service Went for oil change and when I got to Jonesboro found my hood was not closed all the way down. My last oil change I was pasted from one service per Went for oil change and when I got to Jonesboro found my hood was not closed all the way down. My last oil change I was pasted from one service person to another one because he only did shop work. When I was done an ready to leave I had to wait about 25 mins because that person wasn’t busy and he only dealt with cars that needed shop work. Also had to have engine basically rebuilt. Had to return it because of small oil leak. Since I’ve gotten it back it runs hot and doesn’t run as good. More

Mason took the time to search for vehicles at other locations and ran numbers on multiple vehicles for me to take home, think over with my wife and bring her back with me on Saturday. My wife, daughter and myself arrived today, Saturday, to a warm welcome and the most RELAXING, BEST vehicle shopping experience EVER! Chris was very knowledgeable, respectful and answered all of our questions to include every question my 6 year old daughter thought was important.
