NO ORGANIZATION, EXCESSIVE WAITING, WILL NOT BE BACK Made an apt, explained that warranty would provide rental to keep the Chrysler for issues. Also wanted to routine maintenance done while car was ther Made an apt, explained that warranty would provide rental to keep the Chrysler for issues. Also wanted to routine maintenance done while car was there as well as the software upgrade. Was there for issue w/ left front noise. Sat and waited over 4 hrs, continued to ask can we just get the rental car and come back in a few days. Finally brought the car around and had changed the oil, said to bring it back another day for the upgrade and it would cost 100 and take over 2 hrs.....and the noise originally brought in for, still there? So you tell me, would you go back to this dealership.....4 hrs folks, 4 hrs for the oil to be changed. Constantly, trying to find someone to find out status. Asked for manager, said they would have one call me, never heard from one. The car rental guy was the nicest person encountered and HE was the one that would go back and inquire for us.... More
