Treated me like family I was in a uniquely difficult situation with two vehicles I needed to trade for one good one. And one of them I was upside down in. The dealership w I was in a uniquely difficult situation with two vehicles I needed to trade for one good one. And one of them I was upside down in. The dealership worked forever to get me the deal I needed, the payment I needed, and went an "extra mile" to find rebates on the new car in order to help offset the negative equity I had. In summary, they helped me tremendously, paid my sales tax, treated me like family, and made me a deal I'm certain no one else would have. And this is the third purchase for me from Bayird. I won't buy a car anywhere else. When I left I was almost in tears I was so happy and relieved. I am forever grateful to O'Jay, Jon, and the kindness of Caleb. This was a personally emotional situation and time for me, pertaining to helping my daughter in another country, and we got it done. Ask for Phil Thanks to Phil, who was not our salesman, we may actually return without reservations! I had a horrible experience in 2015 and swore I'd never return.
