Good service They worked very well with me on my truck deal. Rex was great and tried to get all we ask for with the deal. I asked if the dealership could help with They worked very well with me on my truck deal. Rex was great and tried to get all we ask for with the deal. I asked if the dealership could help with half the taxes and the answer was a firm no (I heard him on the phone). I then ask if they the could do a bed liner and the answer was no. I’m going to ask if they can put a phone charger in the truck because I was under the impression that it had one, after all it’s a Laramie Sport Edition. I was told in financing that they were already loosing money on the deal. Is it just me or do they loose money on every deal, but are still in business and live in huge homes? They did agree to do some things at cost, hmmmmmmm! They lost money on the deal and now they are going to lose money (profit) on the additional items I had on my other truck. Just be honest. Also, it’s so impersonal to have the “Money crunchers” behind glass and have very little to do with the customer. I wonder if this was in the business plan or an after thought to make more money. More
