Would never buy from them again. I was a single lady who was honest and expecting the same but was taken complete advantage of. I was there 4 1/2 hrs. I emailed Marshall Dodd 3 or 4 times with no response. I asked to speak with someone else and was told Steve Pogue would be given a message to contact me. He, however did not contact me but instead a Mr. Jon Moore did via phone. Little did Mr. Moore know that he was just as guilty as the other 2. He finalized the AWESOME deal. (I’m being sarcastic). As our conversation went on he reiterated what I already knew and that was no other lenders were contacted except Chrysler Capital. Brent Johnston knew my lender was Capital One with the car I was trading in but never contacted them. I’m 99.9% sure that they would have financed me again since I was in good standing with them.
