Awesome service!!! Was on the start of a vacation and got stranded in the town of Paragould, Ak. Had to take my diesel truck in for a def pump that decided to go out. Was on the start of a vacation and got stranded in the town of Paragould, Ak. Had to take my diesel truck in for a def pump that decided to go out. Phillip in Service felt bad for what my family and I were going through and jumped right on it. Had it diagnosed, parts ordered, covered by warranty in just a few hours. I rented a vehicle to finish out my trip, but Phillip still stayed on top of it and got it done the next day when the parts arrived. He even went above and beyond and did 5 recalls I didn't know I even had. Thanks again for the help. Great team and great service!!! More

They were very dishonest and acted stupid when I asked any financial questions. They started checking my credit before I even decided to purchase the vehicle and I am still receiving credit check notific any financial questions. They magically came down on the interest rate when I called my banker and told them the rate he would give me. Bayird is your stereotypical devious, swindling dealership. I like the truck I bought even though I probably overplayed for it. More

shysters my son went in to buy a car. he chose a dodge charger. i was to be his co-signer since his credit is not that great (btw - my credit score is in the my son went in to buy a car. he chose a dodge charger. i was to be his co-signer since his credit is not that great (btw - my credit score is in the 700's). they wrote up the paperwork as me as the primary borrower and him as the co-signer, asked for almost $3k down, and then tried to charge us 20% interest for someone who has a 700+ credit rating. we tried to have them change the paperwork and lower the interest rate- they wouldn't and MARSHALL DODD was rude AF. needless to say, we didn't buy the car and I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. More
