When I made my appointment, I specifically asked about charges to ensure I would not be blindsided. At no point was I told I would have $150 to pay for diagnostic charges. I am also upset to learn that the warranty I purchased to cover items not in the extended warranty does not include seatbelt issues. I am still confused on how my auto stop being disabled is due to a seatbelt connector issue. The connector issue did not start until weeks after the auto stop issue. More

Service manager called and told me my quote to do the work would be around 1,250 or so dollars. I told him go ahead. He called back a short time later and said I needed fuel filters which was approximate work would be around 1,250 or so dollars. I told him go ahead. He called back a short time later and said I needed fuel filters which was approximately 230 but he was already in there so no labor charge. I told him to go ahead. I went to pick up the truck and it was over 1,900 dollars. He was on speaker phone with myself and my boss when he started the first number(1250+-) and that’s what made us agree to the work. When confronted he said original number was 1,560+- which is not true because we probably would not have agreed to the work and just done it ourselves. Not a good way to get repeat customers. We own 3 ram Cummins trucks and ford is looking better every day. More
