She did not push the phase every buyer hates to hear - "come on down and we can give you a better deal", instead, she was pleasant, transparent in all her responses and I never felt that I was being cheated out of a great deal. The actual visit to the dealership was even more satisfying - I requested to see a certain car with specific packages and upon arrival - the car was available as promised. 35 minutes later - Ingrid answered a few more questions my father had about all the bells and whistles the car came with, the contracted was signed, deposit taken and we picked up the car the next day. We also met with David who advised us on other options that we should consider when leasing a car and he took his time to answer our questions as well. We did not feel pressured into taking any additional packages. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend a call / visit to this dealership! This is not always true about sales person. I walked with the intention of just obtaining information and walked out with an excellent deal for my trade in and a new VW GTI. I have had many expirence with many different sales person and by far this was the best and pain less I've ever had. If you are military they will take care of you. Go see Shawn he will take care of what you are looking for. He will not try to upsell you a car. Once I sat down with Frank, I was not forced or pressured into buying or leasing. I was simply given information on the 2017 Tiguan and he kindly urged me to take my time with my decision. Once I made up my mind to lease the car, I went back and the sales people couldn't have been more help. The initial deal was thorough and took less than an hour- which to me is a huge sign of professionalism and knowledge. Ingrid took care of the delivery of the car. Frankly, I couldn't be more thankful for her. Her communication with me and her dedication was truly mind blowing. She is one of the kindest and honest salespeople I've ever met. She let me know exactly what was happening with the car, exactly how to take care of the insurance, and every little detail. She stayed in touch with me the entire day via texts and calls. When I picked up my car she took the time to explain every little feature, from the fuel tank to Apple car play. I am extremely satisfied with my car and the salespersons made this experience great. Ingrid was extremely knowledgeable about our particular vehicle, the model range and general VW features such as car-net, voice integration, in-dash navigation etc. The car that we wanted was in their storage, but we tested a similar car immediately, liked it, and then Ingrid got the desired one for us and kept us up-to-date with progress (there were a couple of process wrinkles but no problems). It also helps that we love the car. The new 2016 V6 SEL Passat has great power with comfort - great family cruiser. More

This was the first time I bought a car and felt like the sales agent was actually trying to help me out instead of trying to get the most money out of me. Ingrid answered any questions I had and was very knowledgeable about the car she was selling me. She also worked with me on getting me out of my old car and into the new one at a great price. I was able to shop their offer at 2 other VW dealers and they didn't even try to negotiate with me. Both dealers told me they weren't close to the price I got here. The sales floor was initially a little chaotic upon arrival, but it was the end of the month and they were pretty busy. Once we got around that everything else ran pretty smooth. More

We first met David Gokhshtein in 2013 and he is truly a trusted businessman, and an absolute honest professional! He will work with you and never try to push you into anything that you're not comfortable with while discussing your financing. After a bit of time we met Jorge Quezada, both David and Jorge could not be more pleasant, patient and helpful. I, my son & my sister all chose the beautiful Passat. This year my husband met with Jorge and David again, and he went with the awesome Tiguan! We're going going back again to see David & Jorge this week. The VW cars are true quality, once you see how they're made, feel how they handle and drive... you will not want to compromise for anything less. Honestly. I had been to a couple of other places. They were nice. They gave me popcorn. They had fancy water. They didn't know the answers to any of my question I had been to a couple of other places. They were nice. They gave me popcorn. They had fancy water. They didn't know the answers to any of my questions. So by the time I walked in to Bay Ridge Volkswagen, I was filled with popcorn and out of patience. I had whittled my questions about the car I wanted down to 10. I politely talked with Jorge: he answered 7 of my questions off the top of his head, did research on two more, and got back to me with the answer to the last one (which required him calling around a lot more) the next morning. He told me what I probably didn't need and didn't try to sell me that. He actually asked me a few more questions to make certain I really needed what I asked him for. In the end, I got the car I and my family wanted for a good price with a great warranty. I wasn't out to get something for nothing, and nobody at the dealership, including the finance manager, made me feel pressured to spend a penny more than I wanted. I actually had a really good time. Is that weird? That's weird, isn't it. I'm sure that's weird. But honestly, it couldn't have been more pleasant. More
