Horrible!! Will not use service in the future. “Wipers need replacement” just replaced a week ago! “The battery is dead, need authorization to replace it.” Battery was replaced last spring. Polite and professional service. Very good COVID-19 protocols. Great pricing. My car was in the shop for a week and a half. The main reason was that the mechanic was having difficulty reproducing the protocols. Great pricing. My car was in the shop for a week and a half. What would have made my satisfaction higher is if I had gotten texts or phone calls with status updates without my initiating calls. More
