Their "Service advisors" are NOT Salespeople I travel across the Hudson to Bay Ridge from Staten island. I pay the toll to get there. I can land up waiting around, but it's all worth it. It's worth it because they are honest, competent and fast. They listen to you, write down what you say. and do it. It's worth the trip because if they find something, I trust them. There not like my local dealer who tries to tell me I need extra things for regular service which Subaru recommends against! Sitting across from my local sales person is aggravating but more importantly I would never trust them. I do trust Bay Ridge--two other family members own Subaru vehicles purchased from them. More

During this unfortunate time with this virus, the service manager called us to return the loaner car unless we paid $50 per day. He would not allow us to keep loaner car until the car was repaired. We took our unfinished car and have to return for repairs when the parts come in. Service manager was very matter of fact. This dealership has lost a repeat customer. Our lease is up June 21 More
